LG Comfort respects your right to privacy. When browsing lgconfortmedical.com there are two ways to collect your visit information; Anonymous statistics of your navigation. Personal information that you provide us. We do not collect your personal information unless you provide it to us. We do not pass on your information to third parties. We protect the confidentiality of your information.
DELIVERY POLICY
We ship anywhere in Canada within 7 days for compression socks and uniforms. Shoes may be delayed by 21 days if we do not have your shoe size or color in stock. Shipping fees are free for orders over $ 100. Canada Post charges apply for orders under $ 100. Fees are calculated when you buy online and displayed before payment.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your order. If however an article does not suit you, you have 14 days from the date of reception to formulate your request for return. No product may be returned unless a manufacturer defect. All returns must be filled online using the return authorization form. We will review your request and you will be contacted. If you receive the wrong order or a defective product, we will pay the cost of return. LG Medical Comfort reserves the right to inspect all defective returns before providing a replacement item. We do not accept returns of worn/used merchandise for hygienic reasons. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Any damaged or incomplete product cannot be refunded.
